Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, your experience matters to us, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@muka.com.au

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
