Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, delivery methods, and fees. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. MUKA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs for international orders.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to hygiene reasons. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@muka.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims will be issued as a replacement or store credit.
